AMODX Sprint 2 Completed: The Agency Operating System is Production-Ready

AMODX started as a question: "What if we rebuilt WordPress today, knowing what we know now?"

The answer is amodx.net. It runs on itself. It is serverless. It is unhackable. And as of today, it is AI-Native Commerce Ready.

The Stack (The Factory)

  • Core: AWS Lambda + DynamoDB (Single-table design).

  • Face: Next.js 16 (OpenNext) + CloudFront CDN.

  • Editor: React 19 Admin with Tiptap block editor.

  • Commerce: Paddle + Agentic Product Feeds.

  • Migration: Native WordPress XML Importer.

The Big Update: Agentic Commerce

We didn't just add a shopping cart. We built the Agentic Commerce Protocol into the core.

When you create a product in AMODX:

  1. Schema Injection: It automatically injects JSON-LD for Google.

  2. AI Feed: It generates a live /openai-feed.json.

  3. Discovery: ChatGPT and Perplexity index your inventory in real-time.

WordPress requires 5 plugins to do this. AMODX does it by default.

The Economics of Switching

The Old Way (WordPress):

You sell labor. You fix broken plugins. You pay for hosting whether clients use the site or not.

The Architecture Philosophy

WordPress puts the Factory (PHP/MySQL) on the public internet.Every visit triggers code. Every plugin increases the attack surface.

AMODX separates them:

  1. The Storefront: Static HTML on CloudFront. Read-only. Indestructible.

  2. The Factory: Lambda functions in a secure AWS zone. Only you access this.

When a hacker attacks your site, they are fighting a CDN. They cannot win.

The Founder's License (Opening Soon)

AMODX is open source (Apache 2.0).Clone the repo. Deploy it. Pay me nothing.

How to Start

Option 1: The Engineer's Path (Free) -> prerequisite - AWS account

  1. Clone: git clone https://github.com/andreirx/amodx

  2. Install: follow instructions included to set up node.js and AWS CLI and CDK

  3. Deploy: npx cdk deploy

  4. Result: You have an Agency OS in 15 minutes.

Option 2: The Founder's Path

Wait for the license drop Q1 2026. Get the tools to sell this to clients immediately.

Stop renting infrastructure. Start owning it.
